Rules: v Includes all ANKC titles and any future ANKC titles:
v International titles will not be included. v The ROM Program is for ASCV members only. At least one of the registered owners of the dog must be a current ASCV member. Certificates will be awarded accordingly. v A progeny may only count one conformation title, one obedience title, and one performance title in each area (agility, herding, tracking). (i.e. a progeny may not count both a CD and a CDX, but may count a CH., CDX, AD, TD, and HS) [See list for accepted titles.] v Applications for a Record of Merit award must be filled out on the ASCV ‘Request for Record of Merit' application form, and accompanied by a legible copy of title notification from ANKC state body publications or copies of ANKC title certificates. Any applications submitted that are not legible, or not on the ASCV ‘Request for Record of Merit' form will be returned to sender. v Proof of progeny titles attained prior to 30 April 2007 will be obtained from the ANKC database purchased by the club. All progeny titles attained after this date will require a copy of the relevant certificates to be attached to the application form. v One form to be used per dog (forms may be copied). v A fee of $10.00 is payable to the ASCV and must accompany the application form. v Qualifying dogs will be recognised at the ASCV Annual General Meeting each year, and results will also be posted in the next published ASCV Newsletter as well as being listed on the website. v The ROM year will run from 1 May to 30 April. All submissions must be postmarked by 30 April of that year. |
